MCPD Rule Amendments

The following is a summary of changes made to the Medina County Park District’s rules and regulations, approved by the Board of Commissioners at its June 17, 2026 public meeting. These rules will become effective 10 days after the first appearance (July 24, 2026) in the Medina Gazette publication.

1.5 Prohibits the removal or diversion of Park District Waters or depositing harmful materials in Park District Waters. 

11.10 Corrects clerical error identifying penalty section.

13.1 Corrects clerical numbering errors. Dogs must wear county-issued licenses.
