MCPD Rules and Regulations Regarding Watercraft Stickers

After the 2025 boating season, the Chippewa Lake stakeholder group met to review MCPD’s Rules & Regulations related to watercraft stickers for boats docked at Chippewa Lake. The discussion focused on where stickers must be placed and the removal of expired stickers.

As a result, MCPD has updated the Docking section of the Rules & Regulations. Please click HERE to review the full list of MCPD Rules & Regulations in sections 10 and 11. The updated rules went into effect on February 23, 2026. The Docking section has been moved to immediately follow Watercraft (Section 10), resulting in some re-numbering.
