Phase 1, launched in September 2022, links Plum Creek Park in Brunswick Hills to Mooney Park in Brunswick. Phase 2, which opened in July 2024, extends north from Mooney Park across Laurel Road, passing through Grace Baptist Church and Brunswick City Schools properties. This phase features a pedestrian bridge over Plum Creek, a trailhead parking lot north of Laurel Road, a marked crosswalk with flashing signals at the trail intersection with Laurel Road, and drainage enhancements.

Phase 3, which opened in June 2025, connects from the Laurel Road trailhead to the existing Brunswick Lake trail. It includes a cement bridge and wooden bridge spanning Plum Creek. Hikers and bikers are able to cross over to Brunswick Lake Park using a pedestrian crosswalk with flashing signals. There are also speed bumps on Brunswick Lake Parkway to slow traffic.
