Request for Qualifications Under 50K

Medina County Park District regularly has projects requiring professional design services, some of which may need to proceed immediately and/or require urgent attention. The park district maintains a list of qualified design professionals for projects with design service fees less than $50,000 in order to be responsive to such projects. The park district is inviting qualified professional design firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for architectural, engineering, landscape architecture, surveying and other related professional services for projects with a professional design fee of less than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000). Firms submitting their SOQ by September 10, 2026 will be considered for these projects. The SOQs will be kept on file for a period of one year in accordance with ORC 153.71. One copy of each SOQ is required for submittal along with one electronic copy (on a flash drive).

Interested design firms should submit a SOQ no later than September 10, 2026 at 2 p.m. Responses must be addressed to: John Kleshinski, Park Planner, Medina County Park District, 6364 Deerview Lane, Medina, Ohio 44256.
